NYC Marathon photo coverage / Concept

NY minute concept

Runner’s World wanted to define a concept for a new site to show the coverage for the NYC marathon, they will have 6 professional photographers covering the marathon minute by minute in 6 key locations in the route.

The challenge:

Create an experience that allow users to explore the different locations and perspectives, providing a vivid experince of the marathon an it’s development minute by minute in an engaging and not conventional way. The navigation should be easily understood but visually attractive, simple and elegant.

Role:

Lead the UX team and process to explore, define and present the concepts.
